Sarah McGuire, left, and Sarah Cumming have created a wellness business founded on the benefits of people getting out into nature.
Days after her mother’s funeral Sarah McGuire was back on the Heaphy Track hosting a multi-day guided walk.
Nights in front of fires, ocean dips and immersing herself in nature helped her “re-build” and she “felt the joy come back into my body.”
Her time guiding in the wilderness had already helped her cope while her mother was ill with cancer.
