Dr. Santanu Paul is the co-founder and Chief executive of the TalentSprint, a digital upskilling and Bootcamp platform for professionals to develop their deep and disruptive skills. Alongside, being an entrepreneur he is also a technocrat and an opinion writer. Dr. Santanu completed his B.Tech from IIT Madras and obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. Post that he joined Virtusa Corporation as its Senior Vice President for Global Delivery Operations and Head of Indian Operations. Additionally, he was also part of the global leadership team in 2007. Before this, Dr. Santanu has served as Chief Technology Officer at Viveca and OpenPages, Boston based organizations. He is also an independent Board Director at the National Payments Corporation of India and NSDL Payments Bank.
