1933 Industries Announces Fiscal 2020 AGM Results

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / November 13, 2020 / 1933 Industries Inc. (the “Company” or “1933 Industries”) (CSE:TGIF)(OTCQX:TGIFF), a vertically-integrated cannabis consumer packaged goods company with a diverse portfolio of consumer-driven brands, is pleased to announce that all matters set forth by the Company were approved during its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held virtually today.

Shareholders approved each of the following matters:

1. Fixing the number of directors on the board at Six (6);
2. Electing each of the following directors:
   • Mark Baynes
   • Lisa Capparelli
   • Brian Farrell
   • Paul Rosen
   • D. Richard Skeith
   • Terry Taouss;
3. Appointing Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditor of the Company for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2019 at a remuneration to be fixed by the Directors.
