The Embassy of India in Cambodia celebrated World Ayurveda Day last Friday to create a sense of awareness in today’s generation and promote Ayurvedic principles of healing in society.
Ayurveda is perceived as one of the most ancient and well-documented systems of medicine equally relevant in modern times. Its holistic approach whether for healthy or diseased individuals remains unparalleled. Prevention of disease and promotion of health is the main aim of Ayurveda.
India’s Ministry of Ayurveda, Yunani, Siddha & Homoeopathy (AYUSH) celebrated the 5th Ayurveda Day in India as well as abroad. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi gave an address dedicating two Ayurvedic Institutes.
A seminar on COVID-19 and Ayurveda was organised.
