Urszula Bunting has had to be flexible.
With her middle school and high school sons, both enrolled in the St. Vrain Valley School District, now using their Longmont home for band practice and class time, she had to find somewhere else to continue her online yoga studio business.
Her sons’ remote learning efforts also gave her a view into the lives of SVVSD teachers and workers and what they were going through during the coronavirus pandemic. With a studio space secured, Bunting wanted to give back to the people working tirelessly to educate students, despite this year’s obstacles.
To help, Bunting started offering free weekly yoga classes for teachers and employees of SVVSD as a way to provide stress relief and community in a time when the coronavirus has taken a toll on peoples’ lives.
